MKS Magnetic Beads are premium cylindrical stirring bars encapsulated with high-grade, crack-resistant PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating. They are designed for efficient stirring of liquids and viscous mixtures, from small to large volumes.
The smooth surface and central pivot ring ensure consistent, stable spinning — even on curved or uneven bases. Built to endure challenging lab conditions, these stirring bars are chemically inert and heat-resistant up to 260°C.
A retriever bar is also available for quick and safe removal of magnetic beads from solutions, enhancing ease of use in daily laboratory operations.
